An old-school department store with a fresh, modern offering of menswear, womenswear, homeware and eyewear (and the rest). Liberty may have been founded in 1875 and constructed in a Tudor Revival style in the 1920s, but nowadays it offers one of the best edits of hip contemporary brands and labels to be found anywhere in London. I particularly love the super-swanky perfume department and the super-cool section dedicated exclusively to sunglasses by the likes of Retro Super Future, Linda Farrow and Persol.
“I know [it’s] pretty exhausted in terms of recommendations, but I do love Liberty.”
